We would like to add some colleagues to our stand with lunch included. How do we do this and what does it cost?
Email help@travelnewsmarket.com to confirm how many badges you have attached to your stand and how many of those have lunch tickets. Extra badges are charged at SEK 500 per person for a buffet lunch at the venue restaurant and wardrobe. The tickets will be in a welcome pack on your stand when you arrive on Thursday morning. You will be invoiced separately for extra badges.
Note: lunch can be bought with cash at the restaurant. You don’t need to have a lunch ticket.
Extra delegate badges without lunch and wardrobe are complimentary. They must be for people working for the exhibiting company. They should be registered in your online profile. Please contact help@travelnewsmarket.com if you would like to add these to your profile.
What are the design specifications for the artwork on my stand, what is the deadline and where should I send this?
Please see the ‘TNM Artwork Specifications’ documents for information on your stand artwork. Please contact Workman direct with any questions at monterservice@workman.se . The deadline to submit artwork is Friday November 8th.
We would like to specify the colour of carpet on our stand. What do we do?
The standard carpet colour provided at TNM is grey. Contact luke.boulton@travelnewsmarket.com by November 8th if you would like a different colour option. There may be an extra cost associated with changing colour carpet.
We want to save some collateral or something from our stand or send it somewhere else after the event. How do we deal with that? What happens if we leave something on our stand?
Anything left on your stand after 20:00 on Monday 2nd December will be disposed of. If you would like to save something from your stand, Workman can take it to their local warehouse. You need to pre book this or let them know by 17:00 on Monday 2nd December if you would like this service. Workman will invoice you for the shipping cost and then you will need to book transport to pick up the goods. Please contact Workman at monterservice@workman.se

What are the opening times for TNM 2024?
The appointments schedule will run from 10:00 – 17:00.
What time can we enter the venue on Monday 2nd December?
You can enter the venue from 09:00 on Thursday morning. Visitors will be allowed in from 09:30 with the first appointment starting at 10.00.
You must leave the trade floor and everything must be cleared from your stand by latest 18:00.
Can we access the venue the night before the event? No

When will we be able to start requesting meetings and manage our diaries?
We plan to open this functionality from Tuesday October 22nd . To access this, you will just need to log in at www.travelnewsmarket.se

Do I need to register when I arrive at the event?
No. You must print out your badge from your profile online.. You must print that out and bring it with you in order to access the event as it will be scanned on entering the trade floor.
How do I get my exhibitor badge?
You can access and print your badge from the left side menu in your online profile from November.
Is there a TNM 2024 Party?
Yes! The TNM 2024 after work party will be held upstairs from the trade floor at Waterfront Congress Centre 17:00 – 23:00. There will be food, drinks and a live band. Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis and can be purchased through your exhibitor profile from November. For more info contact help@travelnewsmarket.com
What about networking and hosting F&B on our stand?
From 16:00, you are welcome to host food, drinks, entertainment at your stand. Please make sure entertainment is not overly disturbing other exhibitors. F&B must be ordered through Waterfront. Please contact F&B Manager Alan Cleland at alan.cleland@stockholmwaterfront.com .
How do we order food and beverages if we would like to serve them at our stand during TNM?
F&b must be ordered through Waterfront Congress Centre. Please contact the f&b manager at Waterfront directly at alan.cleland@stockholmwaterfront.com with any questions.
We would like to bring and serve our own specialist alcohol and/or food samples during TNM. How do we do this?
You can serve up to 5cl samples of your own alcohol. You must read and complete the ‘alcohol policy form’ and send that directly to luke.boulton@travelnewsmarket.com before November 18th.
Your own small food samples may be served at your stand. More substantial food and drinks orders must go through Waterfront. They will check this during the event. If you are not sure, please contact f&b manager at Waterfront alan.cleland@stockholmwaterfront.com.
We are sending alcohol/specialist small food samples ahead, where should we send them?
Bring them with you on the day of the event. Otherwise, all deliveries for TNM 2024 must be sent to Workman Event AB and they will ship it to Waterfront and deliver it to your stand. A fee will be charged for this service.
NB: Waterfront Congress Centre will not guarantee the reception, storage and availability of anything sent to them for the TNM Event.
NOTE! the goods must be received by Workman before 18th November.
