Jula Holding is a family-owned group that today is associated with everything from retail and real estate to finance, logistics, hotels, the environment & energy. Jula’s owner Karl-Johan Blank has been involved since the start and built up Jula together with his parents since it was founded on the farm Jultorp outside Vara. Jula has since been in an exciting expansive phase. In 2019, Jula Hotell AB was established and we have welcomed four hotels – Skara Konsthotell with Skara Stadscamping, Skara Stadshotell, Gyllene Uttern and Gysinge Herrgård. With us, there is something for everyone, whether you want to experience fantastic art or enjoy closeness to nature. Here you can have weddings, arrange parties, have a conference with work or just eat and relax.

In just a few years, Jula Hotell AB has emerged as a hotel chain. Since 2019, we have acquired four hotels; Skara Konsthotell with Jula Stadscamping, Skara Stadshotell, Gyllene Uttern in Gränna and Gysinge Herrgård. With our hotels we want to be able to offer something for the family, those interested in art, nature lovers and those who just want to stay, eat well, and relax. The continued vision is to continue to expand and ensure that we always exceed our guests’ expectations.
We care about the environment
When you stay at one of our hotels, you help to take responsibility for the environment. All our hotels are or are in the process of being eco-labeled with Green Key – an international eco-label for facilities in the hospitality and tourism industry that helps us improve our sustainability work. We at Jula Hotell work actively to reduce energy and water consumption, use electricity from renewable sources, sort and recycle sources and buy eco-labeled cleaning products and organic food. Work is also underway to map our greatest environmental impact and develop goals and strategies for how we should be involved and contribute to becoming climate neutral by 2030.
