Ardara Single Malt is produced at The Ardara Distillery in Donegal. Dedicated to heavily peated whiskeys from our
all grain in process that are rooted in Donegal’s rich illicit distilling heritage.
Every drop is tripled distilled and uniquely starts its maturation in our Solera Vat, ensuring consistency and continuity
from every batch. Our 2025 Edition cask composition is 47% Oloroso Sherry, 45% Bourbon and 8% Virgin Oak
The distillery is founded on capturing maximum character:
